Communications Officer
Are you a creative writer and graphic designer who is passionate about youth development? Hatua Network is looking for a mission-driven Communications Officer with strong storytelling and persuasive communication skills to join our team.

About the Role
The Communications Officer plays a key role in advancing Hatua’s fundraising, donor engagement, and growth goals. The position brings Hatua’s work and impact to life through compelling stories, social media content, images, newsletters, appeals, and other communications that inspire people to take action. Working closely with the Development Coordinator to support donor outreach, individual sponsorship campaigns, and annual reports, the Communications Officer helps strengthen relationships with existing partners, cultivate new supporters, and increase Hatua’s public visibility. This is an ideal role for a creative writer and graphic designer who is passionate about youth development and has strong storytelling and persuasive communication skills. The successful candidate will bring Hatua’s stories to life through compelling words and visuals that inspire potential partners to support and become part of our work.
