Database Management Consultant

Hatua Network is on the lookout for a skilled consulting firm to revolutionize our data management system. We aim to transition from a spreadsheet-based system to a robust, customized database solution, enhancing our ability to track and analyze programmatic data for scholarships, mentoring, and alumni tracking.

Project Scope:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive database management system.
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions with our leadership team.
  • Provide training for our staff on the new database.
  • Offer managed support for one year post-implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with similar projects, especially within the nonprofit sector.
  • Expertise in impact measurement and database management.
  • Strong project management skills.
