This of That: Dog vs. Cat- Cat. Morning vs. Night- Morning. Salty vs. Sweet- Sweet. Clean vs. Dirty- Clean.
Hobbies: Preaching, swimming, listening to gospel music, and hanging out with friends.
Afraid of: Failure.
Role Model: Wilfred Lai and Terresia Wairimu. “And I also love Obama.” Wilfred is my pastor and I love him because he doesn’t compromise. He stands by his decisions even if he’s alone. Terresia had been a mother to the motherless. She’s educated so many children through his children’s home and she’s a giant of faith. Obama- eloquence, standing against all odds, and he cares for his family.
If money were no object, what would you do all day? I would still do mentoring.
How long have you been with Hatua? 1.5 years
How did you come to work here? I saw the job advertised. It’s close to my home and my son loved coming to the library.
Favorite Program/event: University Mentoring Program. It’s bridging the gap between the work place and the school. It’s also creating a big daddy to those who don’t have. It also acts an eye opener to university students.
How would your friends describe you? Outgoing, loving, and having a big heart.
Pet Peeve: People yelling at me and putting me in a box.
What’s something you’re really proud of doing? Bringing up a Godly family and unleashing potentialities of individuals and helping them to develop coping mechanism and solving their problems.
What’s something on your life’s bucket list? Visiting Israel and to educate and mentor 10 kids which are not my offspring and help them get jobs.
